1. How to place order ?

There are few options a) Join as our member by completing the registration online. Select your favourite items & add into the shopping cart and proceed to payment section. For local purchase, customers may choose "bank transfer". After completion of the order, we will send a confirmation with total amount including the delivery charge to customer by email. (Delivery charge will be waived if customers purchase HK$600 or above). Customers are requested to email us the bank in slip after money has been transferred. 2.For the registration, what should I fill up in session postal code / zip code?

For local customer, please put "0".

3. Do you have any special offer ?

"Like " our Facebook to get 10% discount (except for sale items and some accessories such as hair band and hats etc). For more details, please refer to the individual product page. In addition, if customers purchase HK600 or above can enjoy free local delivery, HK $1,000 or above will receive a special gift.

4. How long can I get the goods after payment is made ?

We will arrange the delivery once we have received the payment. Normally, we do have stock even for those goods from Korea and Japan. All our products are marked as "Available" or "Contact Us". Under normal circumstances, "Available" means that we have stock on hand but sometimes may be out of stock when the stock update is failed. As for "Contact Us" that means out of Stock, customers can contact us to see if stock can still be replenishment.

5. How do I know whether the goods fits me?

We provide the dimensions and the pictures for each product, customers can see if appropriate according to their size. For a better understanding of the relevant information, please contact us.

6. How come your selling price is not that cheap as some online shops?

We are selling Denim products. Cost of the Denim costume is normally higher than the normal one and the big difference of the prices indeed fall on the denim market, customers may aware of the branded denim clothes do more than one thousand dollars. However, some places sell very cheap. But what we most concern are the quality of the goods at the reasonable price. Some of our stocks are from Korea and Japan etc, and together with specially designed denim products, our costs and selling prices are relatively higher, but still reasonable and acceptable. I hope the customers understand and enjoy the shopping.

7. Why do I need to pay postage?

We understand that some online shops provide free postage, but we prefer to set a lower selling price for the items and our profit is not much. Therefore, our goods are not included the postage.
